Fenix Green Tea Toner Primary Usage: Use Fenix Green Tea Toner each morning and evening after cleansing. Pour a small amount onto a cotton pad and gently pat onto moistened skin. Use as a refreshing tonic for the face at any time of the day. Do not rinse.
